It might be a tricky time of year for some in tech sales, but Amplemarket is keeping its foot on the gas! From doubling down on data quality to intelligent API integrations, we're excited to bring you a fresh haul of product updates for smarter, smoother selling.
Check out what's new for July:
1. In-app feedback submission
Love something? Missing something? Want to make a request to make your Amplemarket experience even more awesome? You can now send us feedback directly in-app!
Here’s how it works:
- Locate the question icon at the top right of any page within the app.
- Click the icon and select the option titled "share feedback" from the drop-down menu.
- Submit your feedback or feature requests!

How it helps you:
- Communicate directly with our Product Team to help us keep making something people want!
- Share your feedback on Amplemarket quickly and conveniently, without disrupting your work
- Submit your new feature requests or pain-points and contribute to building the ultimate AI sales solution
2. Ongoing data quality improvements
Your outbound success is only as good as your data - and that’s why we’ll never get complacent over our data quality.
Throughout Q3 we’ll be doubling down on giving you the best lead and company coverage in the market. Our goal is to ensure all data is absolutely up-to-date and as complete as possible so you always have the accurate contact information you need to prospect with confidence.

3. Introducing two new APIs
We’ve crafted not one, but two brand-new Amplemarket APIs for effortless programmatic integration of our cutting-edge outbound features!
Here’s what’s on offer:
1. An Email Validation API – verify email addresses without manually uploading them to Amplemarket

2. A Lists API – enrich Lists of leads outside of Amplemarket. (For now this only works for lists of leads with LinkedIn URLs.)

Please note: these APIs are not included in Amplemarket plans by default. If you’re interested, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our support team.

4. Distinguish hard and spam bounces
We've added a new KPI on your email overview and sequence pages that separates your spam bounces from hard bounces.
This enhanced transparency over your email performance makes it easy for you to tell whether your bounces are down to data or deliverability issues and to revise your outreach accordingly!

- Leverage your bounce rates to adjust your data or deliverability motions as required

5. Queue manual emails to protect deliverability
Sending manual emails alongside your automated sequences? No problem - we’ll take care of your mailbox deliverability!
Since sending large bursts of emails from the same mailbox puts you at risk of being flagged as spam, we’ve introduced a safety measure to prevent your manual emails putting your mailbox deliverability at risk.
Amplemarket will now automatically queue and schedule your manual emails to a safe sending window to protect your mailbox quota and safeguard your deliverability.

- Seamlessly integrate automated and manual emails without damaging deliverability
- No need to wait for the ideal sending window - Amplemarket's AI will automate the process and save you time
6. Extra Amplemarket updates
- AI Copywriter - deprioritizing the common connection hook: Based on user feedback, we’ve made the move to deprioritize emails "based on common connections" and will only show these after all other available hook options have been exhausted. We want users of the AI Copywriter to be able to create their ideal first-touch with the minimum amount of re-generations possible, so we hope this change will remove frustration and boost efficiency.
- Email warmup progress bar visible from Domain Health Center: we've surfaced your mailbox warm up progess bars to the Domain Health Center page, making it easier for you to check your mailboxes at a glance and make faster decisions on your outbound coordination.
